Landscape architecture Primary School Ramsauerstrasse, Linz

The Ramsauerstrasse secondary school is a classic school building from the 1970s. In the programme of modifications drawn up by the firm of architects Riepl Riepl, the principal focus was on extension and renovation. The outdoor areas were jointly designed in collaboration with the artist team Bitter/Weber, with the idea of art in architecture as the watchword. The overall guiding principle for the open space was 'to provide clarity in the public sphere'.
