Outdoor vegetation
Diverse fruit trees are a benefit for the existing vegetation. Berry bushes on the terrace invite to graze the berries in the meantime. A pond, also usable as a swimming pond, is located in front of the building. Because of the evaporation the micro climate is improved.

To optimise the indoor climate a lot of plants and climbing plants are growing.
