The question is not about a garden, the question is rather: How can I create landscape in the city, in this courtyard, in this highly complex and condensed situation?
The terrace of the dormitory is on the 1st floor. The necessary escape routes and escape staircases open out from the 1st floor and the ground floor and run through the terraced terrain.
